I ordered the diamond oil candle and had it engraved for my parents anniversary. The customer service from glass dimensions was fanominal! They kept in contact with me frequently regarding my purchase thru email and were very helpful when it came to asking for their opinions. My order arrived in no time at all and was 5 times as beautiful as it was on their website! Also, it was packaged carefully and was beautifully wrapped. The oil candle was in pristine condition!
