I am writing to tell you how delighted Mr. & Mrs. Casamento were with the "Anniversary Ensemble Oil Candle" that I purchased for them as a gift for their 50th wedding anniversary. They used words like "beautiful" and "elegant" when thanking me and now intend to use this as a centerpiece for a party they had been planning and said that the engraving was especially lovely.

They forwarded a photo of it to my email yesterday and I was so pleased to see that it was exactly as you had it pictured on your website. You did a wonderful job.

I would also like to thank Sue, who was so very pleasant to deal with, and the service department for their assistance. They were extremely helpful because this particular piece that I had my heart set on was "out of stock" so it was not simply a matter of filing out the internet form but necessitated phone calls and emails back and forth.

The timing was also important because the recipients were leaving on a trip, but I asked for a delivery date of January 7th and that's the exact date it arrived.
