Glass Dimensions warrants, for a period of twelve (12) months as of the date of receipt of the items, that its items are free from defects in materials and workmanship. This warranty is extended only to the original purchaser of the items. Each original design is handcrafted with special pride. Due to the nature of glass and crystal as well as the processes to blow and craft these exquisite pieces, minor variations do occur. Small air bubbles, flow lines, cooling marks, and other variations are not considered defects. You may return defective products to us within twelve (12) months of the date of your receipt of the products for replacement (subject to item availability) or a full refund, which will be decided at the sole discretion of Glass Dimensions. If Glass Dimensions determines that the warranty claim is justified, Glass Dimensions will replace the defective item(s) or provide a full refund, at its sole discretion. Please follow the instructions for returns and exchanges listed above and indicate the specific nature of the defect in your correspondence.
